Clarification of Purpose

As any of you who have followed Lessons Unlearned know, I am McMahon, and my friends call me Mc ("Mick").

I've posted a lot of my writing on Lessons Unlearned over the years but I began to feel like collecting them in one place for my own ease of use and also to reduce my influence on the direction and topic of my esteemed friend Wanderer's blog. In the coming days I will re-post my favorite pieces to start this collection off. I'll update it whenever I have written something that I want to share.

I will not be posting events of my life like so many "diary" type blogs out there. This is solely to be a collection of my fiction, poetry, and essays, not a journal.

The point of this page is for everyone to enjoy reading my work and maybe get some discussions going in response to my essays. I really hope you enjoy it.

I love feedback and comments, or even simple acknowledgement that someone, somewhere, has read my work, and anything in between. Please take a moment to comment after reading.
